These terms apply when you use harivacha.com or buy a Harivacha product, including printable books and personalised blessing videos. By buying or using our products, you agree to them.

Who we are

Harivacha is a devotional storytelling brand based in India that retells Indian sacred stories for families. You can reach us at hello@harivacha.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy from Harivacha. Our coloring books are meant to be used by children with an adult's supervision.

Products

We sell digital products: printable PDF books (for example, coloring books for children) and personalised blessing videos. Product pages describe what's included, such as page count and paper sizes. Prices are shown at checkout in Indian rupees (₹) or, for international buyers, in the marketplace's currency.

Prices and payments

Prices are listed on our website and confirmed at checkout. Prices for buyers in India are in Indian rupees (₹) and include any applicable taxes, unless the checkout shows otherwise. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, netbanking or wallets, depending on what the payment provider offers.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Instamojo, and international purchases may go through marketplaces such as Etsy. Your purchase is also subject to the provider's own terms.

Payment security (PCI-DSS)

Harivacha does not collect, process or store your card, UPI or bank details. All payments are handled on the secure checkout of our payment provider, which is certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Our website is served only over HTTPS.

Licence for digital products

When you buy a printable book, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download and print it for use in your own home, family, or a single classroom. You may not resell, share, upload, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, or claim them as your own.

Personalised blessing videos

For a personalised video, you're responsible for giving us accurate details, such as names and occasion. Videos are devotional creative works and are not religious rituals, predictions, or guarantees of any outcome.

AI-assisted content

Our illustrations and videos are AI-assisted devotional interpretations, created and reviewed by Harivacha. They're artistic retellings and are not meant as authoritative religious instruction.

Intellectual property

All content on harivacha.com and in our products, including the Harivacha name, emblem, illustrations, videos and text, belongs to Harivacha unless stated otherwise.

Liability

Our products are provided as described. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Grievances

If you have a complaint about a product, payment or this website, please contact our Grievance Officer. Details are on our contact page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
