This policy explains what personal information Harivacha collects when you use harivacha.com, buy a product or order a blessing video, and how we use and protect it. It is published in line with India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number and the product you bought.
- Blessing video details: the names, occasion and message you give us for a personalised video.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, kept for security and to keep the site running.
We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.
How we use it
- To process your order and deliver your book or video.
- To reply to questions, refunds and complaints.
- To send you updates about new books or offers, only if you've agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share only what's needed with:
- Payment providers such as Instamojo, to process your payment.
- Marketplaces such as Etsy or Amazon, if you buy through them.
- Service providers that host our website and email (Cloudflare, Google), under their own privacy and security terms.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Cookies
harivacha.com doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment provider may set cookies needed to complete a payment securely.
How we protect it and how long we keep it
Our website is served only over HTTPS, and access to order information is limited to the people who run Harivacha. We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax and legal requirements, usually up to 8 years for financial records, and delete other personal information when it's no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing, by writing to hello@harivacha.com.
Children
Our coloring books are made for children, but purchases must be made by an adult. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
