Shipping and delivery policy

All products sold on harivacha.com are digital. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges, no tracking numbers and no return shipping.

Where we deliver

Because delivery is by email and download link, we deliver to customers anywhere in India and worldwide.

Printable books

After your payment is confirmed, we email your book as PDF files (or a download link) to the address you gave at checkout, within a few hours and usually much sooner. Orders placed late at night are sent the next morning (IST).

Personalised blessing videos

We'll send your blessing video as a private link by email or WhatsApp, usually within 1–3 days of your order. Festival periods may take a little longer, and we'll tell you if there's a delay.

Tracking your order

Your payment confirmation email is your order record. Keep the payment ID from it, so we can find your order quickly if you need help.

Didn't receive it?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still not there after 12 hours (for books) or after the promised time (for videos), write to hello@harivacha.com with your payment ID and we'll resend it.

Paperback books

Printed paperbacks, when available, are sold and shipped by Amazon under Amazon's own shipping policies.
